SHRIMP FRIED RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
1 lb. cooked sm. shrimp
Soy sauce
Pepper
No salt - soy sauce will be salty to taste

Cook rice and bacon; set aside. Saute onion and bell pepper in bacon grease. Drain well.

Mix rice, onion, bell pepper, bacon and shrimp in pan. Add soy sauce to taste.
