FRIED RICE WITH SHRIMP 
3 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. shrimp, deveined & seasoned
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
3/4 c. onion, chopped

Saute onion, green onion, and bell pepper in 1/2 stick of butter. Add shrimp and remainder of butter and cook until shrimp are done. (Large shrimp may be cut into pieces.) Add rice, soy sauce, parsley and allow to cook for one minute.
