SHRIMP FRIED RICE | |
4 c. cold, cooked rice 1 c. cooked shrimp, sliced 6 green onions 1/2 tsp. sugar 3 tbsp. oil 3 eggs 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. salt Cook rice in hot oil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add shrimp and slightly beaten eggs. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir frequently with fork. Slice onions and add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve at once. Makes about 4 servings. |
