BEEF FRIED STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. tenderized beef round steak
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
1 c. water
1 pan country gravy

Pound steak with meat mallet to 1/8-inch thickness. Combine flour, salt, and pepper; coat well on both sides of steak. Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet. Cook meat 10 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove and keep warm. Drain excess fat.
