BISQUICK CORNBREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal

Blend shortening into Bisquick, sugar, baking powder and cornmeal. Blend eggs and milk and add to Bisquick mixture. Beat with mixer until thoroughly blended. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
