SAUSAGE ROLLS 
20 oz. pizza or bread dough (available at PIPS)
4 cooked sausage links 5 to 6 inches long
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 lg. bell pepper cored and chopped in small pieces
Spaghetti sauce

Roll dough into 12 inch circle with rolling pin. Cut into quarters. Slice each sausage lengthwise but not all the way through and place one along base of each triangle of dough. Divide pepper and onions into quarter portions and sprinkle along crease of each of the four sausages. Add 1 tablespoon of spaghetti sauce and 4 oz. cheese to each sausage. Roll the sausage up in the triangle dough tucking ends in. Put in a lightly greased pan and bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 30 minutes.
