EASY FRUIT SALAD 
20 oz. can chunk pineapple (drained)
16 oz. can fruit cocktail (drained)
11 oz. can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 pt. canned peaches (drained)
Green and red grapes
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding

Place all drained fruits in large bowl. Sprinkle dry pudding over it with 1 cup of juice from the peaches. Let stand 5 minutes. Chill. Just before serving, add 2 sliced bananas.

Note: You can use melons, strawberries, etc., whatever fruit is in season.
