FIVE - MINUTE FRUIT SALAD 
1 (#2) can fruit cocktail
1 tall can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
2 bananas, sliced
Coconut (opt.)

Drain fruits thoroughly, saving 1 cup of the juice. Mix juice, fruits, the lemon juice and pudding mix all together and stir. Just before serving, slice bananas into it. (NOTE: Use canned lite fruit and sugar free pudding to hold calories way down.)
