APPLE PIE WITH CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. apples, sliced
Dot with butter

Put flour in bowl. In separate bowl, mix oil and milk. Pour over flour. Sprinkle with sugar and salt. Stir with fork. Press into 10-inch pie pan. Mix apples. Dot with butter.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Crumble and sprinkle over apples. Top with cinnamon. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Then at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
