ONE CRUST APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. ground nuts
1 stick butter

Work all in. Add 1 beaten egg and work in with flour mixture. If too thin, add a little flour at a time. Will be soft. Put dough on floured table or board and make round to fit on top of pie plate and to cover apples.

ING:

Put sliced apples in pie plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar. Put pie crust only on the top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until medium bowl. Cool and chill before slicing.
