CREATE-A-CRUST APPLE CUSTARD PIE 
2 med. all purpose apples, pared & sliced
1 tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice
10 tbsp. Bisquick
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Crumb Topping

Toss apples with lemon juice, then 2 tablespoons of the Bisquick. Arrange in buttered 10" pie plate. In a blender, combine remaining ingredients, except the crumb topping. Blend on low 3 minutes, let stand 5 minutes, then pour over apples; top with crumb topping. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes until golden. Cool. Garnish or serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. biscuit baking mix or Bisquick
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cold butter
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

In a bowl combine Bisquick and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Add nutmeats. Sprinkle over top of pie and bake at 350 degrees.
