NO CRUST APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. sugar + 2 tbsp.
A pinch of salt
1 c. flour
1 bag apples (peeled and sliced)
1 tbsp. cinnamon

In a square brownie pan (lightly greased) line pan with sliced apples. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon over the apples.

In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, egg, 3/4 cup sugar and flour. Stir with a wooden spoon. Pour mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes.

Note: If using a lasagna pan, double the recipe.
