NO CRUST APPLE PIE 
4 apples
1/2 c. dry oatmeal
1 tbsp. coconut
2 tbsp. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter

Place peeled, sliced apples in 9" pie plate. Put remaining ingredients over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
