Great simple recipe that is subtle but very tasty. With my modification I give it 5 stars. I prepared this recipe adding horseraddish to taste, a bit more ketchup and 3 scallions. It gave it a bit of a kick but not over-powering, just right for seafood. I didn't mix in the crab meat, instead I let the guests spoon it over the crab at serving time. This sauce is also great on scrambled eggs. Great for shrimp cocktails too! A connoisseurs seafood sauce delight!
