3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. crushed pineapple (juice)
3 ripe bananas, chopped
2 eggs

Stir all ingredients together (do not mix in mixer). Pour into Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
