TATER TOT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. lean ground beef, crumbled and browned in skillet 1/2 c. chopped onion or to taste 1 c. chopped celery 1 can mushroom soup 2/3 can milk 1 bag Tater Tots (Ore Ida's are best) 1-1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Drain ground beef and put on bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Season lightly. Add chopped celery and onion for second layer. Mix mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Pour over other ingredients. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with layer of Tater Tots. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes until Tater Tots are done. |
