CREAMED ONIONS 
2 jars med. onions
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded American cheese
Peanuts, chopped

Drain onions. Blend salad oil and flour, stir in milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Add onions, place in baking dish. Sprinkle peanuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
