1 jar or pkg. dried beef, finely cut up
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. blue cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
1-2 tbsp. grated fresh onion

Mix together and chill to mold into log. Roll in finely chopped parsley.
