8 tbsp. butter
8 tbsp. flour
1 qt. + 1 c. milk
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 med. onion
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Melt butter, add flour and then milk. Bring almost to a boil and then add cheese. Cook broccoli separately and do not drain. Combine with Cheez Whiz and serve.
