GOLDEN CHICKEN IMPERIAL 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up

1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. pepper

Microwave (high) butter in 1-cup microwave-safe measure 30 to 60 seconds or until melted. Stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Arrange chicken skin side up in 12 x 8 inch microwave-safe baking dish. Brush with butter mixture.

Combine crumbs, parsley, garlic salt and pepper; sprinkle over chicken. Cover with paper towel.

Microwave (high) 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is tender, rotating dish once. If desired, preheat broiler or turn on browning unit. Remove covering and transfer chicken to broiler.

Broil about 3 inches from heat 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.

For additional crispness, finish this oven-fried chicken under the broiler.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
