GOLDEN GLAZED CHICKEN WITH
ARTICHOKES
 
2 frying chickens, cut up
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1/4 c. sweet vermouth
1/2 c. pimiento strips
1 jar plain artichoke hearts
1 pkg. McCormick's Fried Chicken Seasoning
Lemon pepper

In shallow baking dish (13x9x2 inch), melt butter. Season chicken with McCormick's seasoning and lemon pepper to taste. Arrange chicken skin side down. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken. Bake 15 minutes more, or until chicken is golden brown. If desired, mushrooms may be added.
