GOLDEN PEACHY CHICKEN | |
Approximately 2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces, cut for frying 1 can peach halves 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 c. butter Arrange chicken in single layer in a shallow roasting pan. Combine peach syrup, lemon juice, soy sauce and 2 mashed peach halves. Pour over chicken and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. About 15 minutes before dine, place remaining peach halves around chicken to heat. |
