YOGURT PIE 
1 c. plain yogurt
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. apricots or other fruit

Whip yogurt and cream cheese until smooth. Blend in other ingredients. Pour into cold pastry shell or graham cracker crust. Chill.
