GLAZED PECAN HALVES 
1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Beat egg whites in water until foamy. Pour in pecans. Coat well. In separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour in pecans. Stir until well coated. Place on well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
