GLAZED PECANS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla or cinnamon
3 c. pecan halves

Mix sugar, salt, water and honey together in saucepan. Cook to medium ball stage. Remove from eat - add flavoring and pecans. Stir until syrup turns opaque and starts to lose it's gloss. Turn onto wax paper and separate quickly with 2 forks.
