GINGER SHERRY CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts, skinned
1 tbsp. sherry
Soy sauce
Lemon pepper
Ginger
Crushed red pepper
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 carrot, cut in strips

Sprinkle chicken with sherry, soy sauce, lemon pepper, ginger and crushed red pepper.

Top with onion and carrot. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Last 15 minutes remove chicken and brown on outside grill. Add juice while cooking.) Serves 2.
