EASY BAKE SHERRY CHICKEN 
2 lbs. deboned chicken breasts

Salt and pepper and brown chicken in butter.

Combine:

1 (10 oz.) tin cream of celery soup
1 (10 oz.) tin cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) tin mushroom pieces (drained)
1/2 c. cooking sherry
2 tbsp. sweet basil

Place chicken in covered casserole dish. Pour soups mixed with basil, sherry and mushroom pieces over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 ours.
