SHERRY CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 green pepper, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. sherry wine (not cooking sherry)
6 to 8 chicken breasts, with or without skin

Mix first four ingredients well together. Lay chicken parts in utility dish and spoon mixture over. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
