SHERRY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken

Mix:

1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Also will need:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. dried onion soup
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. sherry

Dip chicken in dry mixture and then brown in a small amount of oil. Place chicken in casserole and cover with remaining ingredients - add sherry last. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
