Moist Chocolate Cupcakes

 Dannette (Minnesota) says:
Love these cupcakes. They are delicious every time and very simple to make. My 6 year old has even made them with success.

I make them with water and sometimes substitute unsweetened applesauce for the oil which gives them a slight crispness around the edges and they're still scrumptious.

This was the BEST chocolate cupcakes ever!!! I loved them, especially because it was my first time making cupcakes. Very easy becasue im only 13 and they were great. I was first in doubt of the instructions because they were very simple, but I mixed the dry ingredients first, then added melted dark chocolate last. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY MAKE THIS!!!!!

I added 3 small over ripe bananas and subsituted 1/2 cup of nestle chocolate morsels instead of the coco. Delicious! So moist! Thanks :)

Very moist! Not as flavorful as I'd hoped. Added 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the second half of the batch and they turned out FABULOUS!!

Yum, yum, yum!!! I made the original recipe first and they were amazing, slight crisp on top and soooo moist in the middle. Just doing the recommended vanilla version now and if the raw mix is anything to go by they are going to be as fab, if not better than the chocolate ones! Not so much water needed on the vanilla version though...

These are wonderfully moist, and with milk free cocoa powder they are vegan! This recipe made 12 cupcakes and 12 mini cupcakes. A big hit!

This recipe is GREAT! I baked these about 3 times before I realized they are vegan which made my vegan friends very happy! I bake mine for 20 minutes and they come out perfect!

Oh MY GOODNESS!!! These are soooo moist but I did do chocolate milk (homemade) in place of milk, and did the substitute of mixing butter and egg in place of 1/2 cup only oil. For those of you that say theres came out dry it is because of your cooking time and perhaps use a light colored pan and cupcake papers. GOOD LUCK YUMMY!!!

Needed a quick, moist cupcake recipe to make with my kids. Was unsure about choosing a recipe that lacked eggs, but this was great! I made no alterations and the cupcakes came out moist, springy and very chocolatey.
