ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
3 tbsp. diced onion
3 cloves of garlic, minced (use more or less to taste)

Grate cheeses. Add chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, onion and garlic. Stir until well mixed. Press mixture into baking dish (glass pie pans work well). Bake at 450 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until edges are browned.

Serve hot with crackers for dip. Serves 8. Doubles easily.

This recipe is very easy; can be made ahead of time and can be made easily in a food processor.
