SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. lean hamburger or ground chuck
12 oz. jar of chili sauce
1 onion, chopped fine
1 (10 oz.) orange marmalade
3 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon or 4 tbsp. lemon juice substitute
2 slices bread, crumbled

Combine meat, onions, eggs, bread. Form 1" balls. Make sauce from remaining ingredients. Grease baking dish, put in meatballs and pour sauce over. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 50 to 70 meatballs.
