PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (13 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, cut in halves, drain & reserve 6 tbsp. juice
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour

Combine ingredients in casserole dish. Mix 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed with 1 stick butter and spread over top of casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with foil if needed.
