PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed or tidbit pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour, blend flour and sugar together
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix everything together, except cracker crumbs. Pour into casserole or Pyrex baking dish and bake 45 minutes in 300 degree oven. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Leave in oven long enough to get hot.
