PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
10 slices white bread, cubed
1 stick butter, melted
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix in order given into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until top is light brown. Very good with ham. (This is a side dish with ham or turkey.)
