2 lbs. cooked ground beef
2 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1 bottle ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients together and heat well. Serve over hot dogs immediately.
