CONEY ISLAND CORNBREAD | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. onion, diced 1 can tomato soup 1/2 c. chili sauce 5 hot dogs, chopped in bite-size pieces 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box cornbread mix Brown onion and beef and drain. Return to pan adding all other ingredients except cornbread. Simmer 15 minutes. Pour into greased baking dish. Mix cornbread according to package directions and pour over top of beef mixture. Bake until cornbread is done at 375 degrees. |
