CONEY ISLAND SANDWICHES
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 to 2 cans (sm.) chopped ripe olives
1/4 c. chopped onion
Hotdog buns
Paper towel/foil

Brown ground beef in skillet with onions and drain fat. Cube Velveeta cheese and add to meat. Stir on low heat until cheese is melted. Add olives. When all is mixed, turn off heat and spoon into hotdog buns. Wrap in paper towel and put back into the hot dog plastic bag for freezer storage. You will have 20 plus sandwiches that can be eaten right away or stored in freezer and zapped in microwave for quick hot sandwiches. (May also be wrapped in foil for conventional oven use.) Serves 20.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I grew up on something just like this but we put tomato sauce in with it and call them Party pizzas. It would make 20-24 sandwiches and wrap in foil and heat in oven. Freeze what is not eaten and thaw later to eat. so good.
