CONEY ISLAND CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. pepper

Brown beef and onions. Combine meat with remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 to 2 hours until thick. Serve over slice of bread or place in crock with cheese on top. Place in oven to melt cheese.
