TEXAS TARTER SALAD 
1 1/2 lb. fish fillets, cooked & flaked
2 c. cooked potatoes, cut up
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. grated carrots
2/3 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Pepper to season
1 tsp. salt

Mix together and chill. Serves 6.
