CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. pkg. fresh cranberries
2 oranges
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 small boxes (3 oz.) red jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Remove seeds from oranges and grind with cranberries. Add sugar and pineapple. Mix well. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add to mixture. Mix well and congeal. Good with ham or turkey.
