BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup (cream of mushroom soup can be substituted)
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz

Cook rice according to directions on box. Combine broccoli, celery and onion, and cook while rice is cooking. Drain well. Combine cooled rice, broccoli, celery, onion, cream of chicken soup and Cheese Whiz. (Leftover chicken or a small can of chicken can be used, if desired.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
