BUTTERMILK PANCAKES 
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil

Beat eggs and add buttermilk. Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt and sugar until blended. Add oil and drop from spoon on lightly greased griddle or frying pan. Brown on both sides until done. Makes 12 to 15 pancakes. Recipe can be divided in half.
