IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat in blender 1 minute or until smooth. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
