IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Lightly grease a 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor container. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean. Refrigerate any remaining pie.
