IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE | |
1/2 c. Bisquick mix 2 tbsp. butter 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk 2 eggs 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spices 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie dish. Beat all ingredients until smooth, one minute in a blender on high or 2 minutes with a hand beater. Pour in pie dish. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Garnish with whip cream. |
