IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie pan, 10 x 1 1/2 inch lightly. Beat all ingredients together. Pour in pie pan. Bake until golden brown 50-55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

NOTE: You can use a square pan instead of pie pan.
