IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Grease pan; blend everything until smooth. Then 1 minute on high speed. Bake until knife comes out clean. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes.
