SHRIMP OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked Minute rice
1/2 lb. lg. peeled raw shrimp or 2 c. leftover turkey
1 can condensed cream of celery soup (no water)
1 1/2 c. frozen peas and carrots

Put cooked rice into 2-quart casserole dish. Add soup, shrimp and frozen vegetables. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Recipe takes 15 minutes to put together. A little over cooking does not hurt.

Serves 2.
