CORN AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 c. corn
2 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. milk
1 c. shrimp
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix corn with melted butter, milk, shrimp, seasonings. Add well beaten eggs, chopped pepper and onion. Bake in casserole dish, biscuit topping for 25 minutes in a hot oven.
